Accidental Damage Waiver: For a non-refundable fee of 8% of the rental total, the ADW covers minor, accidental damage to equipment during normal use, such as small punctures, light soiling, or scuffing. It does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized relocation, pets, fireworks, excessive dirt, theft, or loss. The waiver must be accepted prior to delivery. If declined, the renter assumes full financial responsibility for all damage.
